how to uninstall linux mint within hardy heron? my system became dualboot after i installed HH

Asked by xoutdeyes

i used to run on linux mint kde ce, i assumed the hardy heron would simply write over it and repartition the hd.
instead, i created another partition and left the mint partition as is. the system now asks if a want to run hardy heron or mint everytime i boot.

is there a way to remove the mint os?

you can use the gnome partition editor that is available on the ubuntu 8.04 live cd to manually remove the 'mint linux' partitions, you can then grow the ubuntu partitions to reclaim the space or just make a new partition and use it for storage or whatever

Can you help with this problem?
