webcam

AM in HARDY HERON...

i can see my webcam through camorama software and xawtv...

but its tottaly black....its working but the color is not ok......

nd from /dev/video i cant check my webcam there is no such files or folders there...

may its not installed properly...

so how can i install it properly??? or how can i use my camera with clear image n picture like windows...

plz someone help me.....

how to config my color??? my cam is A4tech usb pc camera n its tottaly ok in windows.....

soo....am waitting for ur help

When you open Camorama you will see a section on the right of the image screen with the heading "Effects".

Right click on the white field under Effects and choose "Add Filter", then choose "Colour Correction" as well as any other filter you like.
