whats the best graphics card to use with Ubuntu 8.04 because i have a nvidia 9600gt and it doesn't wanna install because i trying but its just not happening so what is the best graphics card to use with the Ubuntu operating system

Although there is no official Hardware Compatibility List, you can check the following page at the Ubuntu wiki:
