no more sound after drums (starting)

Hi

When Ubuntu starts I have the sound of drums (username...password). After this, no more sound !

Hi Manuel

enter this into a teminal:
sudo apt-get install alsamixer

then:
alsamixer

A GUI will open, and you will want to make sure all of the bars are maxed out, or to your prefered preference.
