sudden language disruption

Asked by achevrier

Hi,

Suddenly, yesterday, after an classical automatic update , I see many language disruptions concerning all applications, from desk menu to application option menus, or alerts (Evolution, Nautilus, Firefox, etc ...).

Some parts of option menus or alerts, are in English, and other are in French, without any logic.

I've checked linguistic support and restarted computer.

Problem is still here.

Try to re-install the language-pack for your language from synaptic or on a terminal.

The packages are (in french) :

language-support-fr
language-pack-fr
language-pack-fr-base

FOR GNOME:
lang-pack-gnome-fr
lang-pack-gnome-fr-base

FOR KDE:
lang-pack-kde-fr
lang-pack-kde-fr-base

Byez
