Can't empty some things out of trash, Permission denied

I have some source code files in my trash bin and I cannot delete them because I do not have "permissions." I can't find the folder anywhere; if I could find it then I could easily remove the stuff with sudo. It is NOT at ~/.Trash or ~/.trash. It is not even at /root/.trash.

~/.local/share/Trash/files/
