Can't unlock the screen on U16.04.1

Asked by DP

On Ubuntu 16.04.1 with the latest updates, faced with the fact that when the screen is locked, and at the same time enabled the layout is different from English, when i attempt to unlock, show desktop computer for awhile, and immediately the screen is locked again. When i try to switch the layout to English, nothing happens. Layout is switched on CapsLock. This situation is at least 2 computers. It helps only restart. How can i troubleshoot this problem?
