Ubuntu Server 8.04 Installation Problem?

I have download Ubuntu Server 8.04 from ubuntu.com. it's a .iso image and I burnt on a CD.
I booted the system, the menu appeared and I hit the "Check CD for defects" to test files and I got this error when processing:
Check CD Defects
the ./pool/main/v/virtinst/python_virtinst_0.300.2-0ubuntu5_all.deb file failed the MD5 checksum verification. Your CDrom or this file may have been corrupted.

I tried to install but couldn't i would recieve an error that some files are corrupted. I tried on two other computers.
whats the problem?

Problem is, that your cd is corrupted -- you have to download a burn it again...

Can you help with this problem?
