launchpad says i am registered,but i am not permitted to request live cd from ubuntu

i registered as requested at launchpad. they confirmed my registration. when iwent to ubuntu
to request a live cd for desktop,they said i was not registered. why?

Ubuntu shipit https://shipit.ubuntu.com/ use a different user archive so please register yourself and make request.
