Error 15 - ro quiet splash

I installed ubuntu through wubi and put it on a second hard drive (J) but I am getting and error 15: file not found. I could uninstall the whole thing and reinstall it on C drive but how do you change the config to go to the J drive and what file do I alter? What does the H0,0 stand for? 1st hard drive on 1st buss? My C drive is that on a ATA bus but my J drive is the 1st drive on an SATA bus.

hd(0,0) stand for first recognized hard disk first partition you can read
hd( hard_disk_number_starting_from_zero , hard_disk_partition_number_starting_from_zero )
