K3B 's Ripping process goes slowly

I can't extract video (including audio) files from a reliable CD. What I want is to copy the Video content to a USB. Since it is a Vcd, App 'DVD Encoder OGMRip' cant mount it. App 'SimpleBurn' also fails. K3B 's Ripping process goes slowly...shows Tracks 79:20:39. After extracting some files is working continuously.
