upgrade 16.04 stall half way through

The upgrade installation stalled while preparing cabextract (amd64) ttf-mscorefonts-installer. What can I do ? Please advise.

The ttf-mscorefonts-installer might require accepting the license.
Try hitting the TAB key until OK for the license is highlighted and press enter.
