How do I install ubuntu through command line

I am already install ubuntu 7.10,but it is soslow what can i do for that

I suppose you already installed Ubuntu 7.10 and are planning to upgrade to 8.04.
From the command line, type:

$ sudo update-manager -d

That will check for newer distribution and will show the GUI to update.
