How can I install Direct x on ubuntu gusty. I have the direct x software provided by some games. Can I use them? Is there any other choice?

Your best option would be Transgaming's Cedega (formerly known as WineX).

Many DirectX games will work directly in plain 'ol Wine as well. YMMV.
