Inkspace by default

Why Inkspce doesn't intalled by default? Who decides this?

For wishes, feature requests etc. use Ubuntu Brainstorm -- http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/

My personal opinion is: not enough place at installation CD and "few" users (majority of "normal" users don't need vector graphics...).
