The Universe repository for hardy is frozen as of now so it will not accept upstream uploads

sorry I mean requested to be included into the upstream maintainers code .. see http://www.jclark.com/jade/
this package does not build unless you use this patch. it should pushed up to the maintainer at http://www.jclark.com/jade/ or some kinda of bug filled out at thats site regarding whatever this patch fixes.

grrrr I dont need a patch. I need you to understand. that this patch that is maintained by ubuntu should be pushed upto to http://www.jclark.com/jade/ . if not the ubuntu mainters of jade need to *post* a bug at http://www.jclark.com/jade/ and provide the patch not me

anyways I decided to figure out what the fix actually does that discuss post a bug myself to the maintainer of jade.
