Upgrading to Hardy from Hardy RC

I did the whole, sudo apt-get update/upgrade and even sudo do-release-upgrade but there is nothing out there. I had ONE update, and that was for awn-bzr. How do I make sure I upgrade?

I did the above but still nothing shows up in update-manager

If I run update-manager from command line

I have this message when I did 'Check':

current dist not found in meta-release file

How can I fix this?

Just download the alternate install disc and run an upgrade
