Boot Problem
BusyBox v1.1.3 (Debian 1:1.1.3-3ubuntu3) Built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.
/bin/sh: can't access tty; job control turned off
(initramfs)
This is the error I get when trying to run the LiveCD. I have checked other problems similar to mine but still haven't found an answer. I'm not sure what to do next.

Hi,
Could you tell me when this message pop up when you boot. Up to what extend your system runs before you get this message.
This error comes up a few seconds after I choose to run the cd.
This error comes up a few seconds after I choose to run the cd. Nothing else happens in between. I never get a chance to get into Ubuntu.

I'm getting the same problem, if you boot it on the first setting in grub, it pretty much hangs at the loading screen, the orange section of the bar just paces back and forth then drops you to the busybox shell. I had to boot to recovery mode to find out what is going on, the message I'm seeing is:
Check root= bootarg cat /proc/cmdline
or missing modules, devices: cat /proc/modules ls /dev
ALET! /dev/disk/
opping to a shell!
* just as an aside I was using Gutsy Gibbon just fine, this never happened until I installed Hardy Heron.

Sorry, I'm getting this error after I installed, live CD booted fine, missed that in the original.
I do get the screen to choose what to do. When I choose to run the LiveCD it says "Loading Linux Kernel" and it gets to 100% then a blank screen that says "Loading, please wait" comes on for about 20 seconds followed by the error I keep getting.
