Unable to install Magento 2 on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS by CLI

Hi Guys,
I have been trying to install Magento 2 on Godaddy's cloud server on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS with CLI mode. I have LAMP installed and apache and php all are configured well but when I try to open Magento setup in my broweser, it just shows the Apache page and nothing else. I have come across to many resources on the net but nothing has been useful yet.
Guys, please help me to tune this.
I have already configured this on local server but in cloud No Control Panel or any File Manager.
