Help !! My Computer Is Still Pixelated

Opera is still pixelated on ubuntu 7.10. Strangely enough, when I open Opera in Xp from virtualbox, Opera is not pixelated. What's going on here? I want pics and fonts in Opera in Ubuntu to not be pixelated. What can I do?

This is a known problem with font rendering in opera....

Bhavani, the problem is not just the fonts, actually, the fonts aren't bad. It's the pictures in Opera that are pixelated. Do you know how to fix this?

Bhavani, the font is clear... it's the pictures that are jazzy and pixelated. I need to smooth pictures in Opera. They really dopn't look as clear as they should be. Let me know...

have you contqacted the irc in opera or tried ti review there data base

the IRC? I dont know what that is. Also joel, do you think that if i increase the resolution in ubuntu to something like 1024x768 woulod help smooth out the images in Opera? Currently, its on 800x600. What do you think?
