unable to boot a machine on Ubuntu 14.04

I take update of Ubuntu 14.04 on 16-July-16. When I try to connect Hp LasterJet 1020 Plus printer, I am unable to boot my machine. When I unplug my printer then I am able to start my machine and see desktop.

Desktop Machine details are :
Hardware :
 CPU : Intel Core i5-4460 @ 3.20GHz x 4
Mother Board : Asus H81M-CS
Ram : Kingston 16 gb

Software
Operating system : Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

I am now getting following error when printer is connected
Failed to apply ACL on /dev/bus/usb/001/012 : no such file or directory
Failed to apply ACL on /dev/bus/usb/001/014 : no such file or directory
usb 1-4: can't set config #1, error- 110
....
usb 1-4: device not accepting address 45, error -71

If you plug it in after you login, can you print OK?

While printing it gives error - printing out of paper
