Outlook express run time error

In my outlook express I get a message about a run time error. How do I fix this problem. It won't even open to read my mail.

Are you using Ubuntu or Windows?

Becouse it's not possible (except using WINE) to run Outlook Express on Ubuntu.
As alternative use for exe. Thunderbird...

It won't send emails.

Why are you even using Outlook? There are plenty of native Email clients in the Ubuntu Software Centre.
