Tried to post on "upgrade and installation" 3 times. Last time site failed. I don't see my post. What's up?

I tried to post regarding a problem with deleted vmlinuz-4.2.0-41-generic. Submitted post and waited about 15 mins. , try again and got an error about waiting for second attempt. Logged off and sometime later retried the process. Waiting for site and it stated that the site went down. Just check site is up but my post is not. What's up???
