CVE-2016-2178 Fix Update

I've got an open issue on my quarterly ASV Scan related to CVE-2016-2178. I'm trying to understand if there is someplace that allows me to track when this might be released and show my auditor that I've got some kind of ticket or support incident number for it to go with my quarterly scan.
