Headsets are not showing in the list

Headsets are not showing in the list and i think i maybe pressed button and that made it invisible on the audio cards list.

With this amount of detail how can anyone help? We don't know the system make and model. We don't even know basic details like if the system is a desktop or a laptop or even what release of Ubuntu you have installed.

Imagine if someone posted this in a Windows forum (which I'm betting you'd say you were conversant with). How can you possibly reply?

We can't see your system and we aren't psychic. Think about it...

Copy the below command and press CTRL + ALT + T

wget -O alsa-info.sh http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh && chmod +x ./alsa-info.sh && ./alsa-info.sh

Paste the command into the terminal and hit ENTER
