my system is getting strucking from last week i'm unable to understane what is the problem is ?

i dn't know suddenly my system is getting struck, my music is repeatedly playing the same line, slow down of "OS" unable to under stand what is the problem is plz help me to solve this

Also, test your RAM using Memtest86 from GRUB
