Front audio jac not working ALC667 audio

Hello there
i had installed ubuntu desktop 15.10 and 16.04 on my desktop i.e intel h55 Motherboard with corei5 CPU after installing ubuntu i am able to hear sound from rare audio jack but no sound from front jack. rare audio port detect as line out and alc667 output while front is detecting as SPDIF digital port i need to get sound from front audio jack tooo kindly help me immidately to ressolve the issue as soon

What is the output of:

wget -O alsa-info.sh http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh && chmod +x ./alsa-info.sh && ./alsa-info.sh
