keyboard and kernel and setup

Asked by Claudio

Good morning for everybody! I was using ubuntu 15.10 (on the netbook samsung np-150n-j01br, with samsung-tools working fine and, with the keyboard working out of box) and I had it updated (including the newest kernel) few moments before when I lost the following keys: w ,s , shift, shift + letter, ctrl + alt + del, fn key activate button, fn keys, esc, insert, del, backspace . I couldn't enter again, because of login patterns...could you guys send some intructions for me? Now this problem last (all operating systems)...

For me the manner more easy solve
this problem is buy a new keyboard
and see if the problem persists.
If yes, then format and reinstall O.S.
( with the new keyboard )

I agree with you in order to test with other one (the easiest part, I think I won't have any problem with this one).
I don't need format and reinstall....
...but as I written above: it is a laptop netbook and there is (are) some instruction(s) you guys may pay some attention in order to not damage any other inside components...
