dpkg locked won't update from command line
2 programs stuck that depend on each other and I o not know how to fix it.

I have gone through the extensive list of removing locks on the /etc/lib/dpkg/ * files and moved and removed all files that could be blocking dpkg from working and now 2 files won;t install that depend on each other.
Both are needed to install the vbox from Oracle to make Windows work to burn a bluray of 9.5 gigs of Windows 8.1 iso. since Linux can not burn a bluray and cdrtools willl not install because of locked administrator files etc.
