Nothing Will Install

So, here's my problem, NOTHING is installing, absolutely nothing. I just wanted to install PlayOnLinux, and Wine, so I tried but I always get the "E:but it is not installable" and "E:Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages" I have tried for several hours, several, several hours, and to no avail, nothing worked sudo-apt install and -f and several sudo commands have not worked. Here is my Terminal line;

This was trying to install Wine first; then PlayOnLinux second.

However i have tried other packages and repositories, and when I try to get repositories, I click reload, it looks like it's working but then says "Failed to download repository information
