Does iBall iB-WUA300NM wireless mini usb adopter compatilbe with Ubuntu16.04?

I got one usb mini adopter of i Ball model iB-WUA300NM, it does work in my Ubuntu16.04, even it has a driver for ubuntu , that is also not loaded. my question is it it compatible with ubuntu 16.04? please help. - Biplab.

Without the chip we can't tell. If you plug it in and run:

sudo lshw -C network; lsusb

You should see the device and can then see if it's compatible. It may even work out of the box.
