Ubuntu 16.04 installation failure

When i try to install ubuntu (dual boot Windows 10) on my new Hp probook, i get an error saying that ubuntu cannot install grub-efi.
When i try to troubleshoot boot as recommended here https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Boot-Info i get the following url:

I am on my wits end on this one...what should i do next. How can this boot/grub issue be solved?
