ar_SA.utf8 incorrect monetary local

I am using multiple monetary locals for my system.
And it looks like I found an error in as_SA.utf8 local.
The LC_MONETARY should be with comma (,) as a thousands separation. But in ar_SA.utf8 there is no separation for thousands.
When I select ar_KW.utf8 it works as expected.
For example:
using the price: 1582128.3434
Expected in ar_SA.utf8: 1,582,128.34
Oserved: 1582128.34
