Microphone problem with sound card VIA 8237 with ALC850

Hi,

a few days ago the external microphone (via jack) no longer works as before. The headphones work but no microphone:

The sound card is VIA 8237 with ALC850
Lubuntu 15.10
Kenerl 4.2.0-36-generic

PS- I do not know if the problem has manifested itself with the latest kernel updates

how do I fix?

What is the output of:

wget -O alsa-info.sh http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh && chmod +x ./alsa-info.sh && ./alsa-info.sh

Please note that Wily is EOL on July 22nd so you may want to upgrade to Xenial for continuing support.

If you run:

alsamixer

Are all levels unmuted and cranked?

I installed pulseaudio.
It could be the cause?
