recover

I'm looking for a way to recover Ubuntu or to uninstall Ubuntu form my partition. or how do i recover Ubuntu because i some how messed up Ubuntu and i cant fix it.

can just install it again?

if not, when you try to boot recovery mode, do you see eventually root@computername:~# ?

can you type anything?

can you see anything at all on your screen?

Boot from the live cd and use the recovery option. Should be no need to reinstall.
If you didn't create a seperate /home partition, I'd recommend you do so going forward to keep your data "safer".
