Ubuntu 16.04 on Acer 32 bit hang when booting

I tried to install Ubuntu 16.04 on the following PC

Prosseor : 2x intelR) Atom (TM) CPU N450 @ 1,66Hz
Memory : 2057 MB (268MB used)
OS : Ubuntu 14.04 lts

Using ISO

- i386 32 bit .... hang when boot
- mini ISO i386 32 bit... only install option so I installed in Virtual box

Any suggestions
