svn not working

Hii..
I am trying to download :
svn co http://www.sdss3.org/svn/repo/idlutils/trunk idlutils

but when I am doing this in my pc I get error:

sap@sap-ThinkCentre-M93p:~/idlutils$ svn checkout http://www.sdss3.org/svn/repo/idlutils/trunk
svn: E170013: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'http://www.sdss3.org/svn/repo/idlutils/trunk'
svn: E175002: Unexpected HTTP status 413 'Request Entity Too Large' on '/svn/repo/idlutils/trunk'

What could be the reason behind this? How can I over come this problem?

Could be that your router or Apache install is misconfigured....
