Can you expand the question. There is no detail of what happens or anything... we don't even know what OS the client and servers are using.

How can you expect anyone to reply when you give near-zero details.

We cannot see your system and we are not psychic.

Maybe you are missing the package python3-mysql.connector (note, python-mysql.connector is for python 2.7)
