bluetooth will not work in 16,04 LTS

My Dell desktop, a Dell Inspiron 530s wroks great, except Bluetooth does not.
Clicking on the Bluetooth icon, says no drivers are loaded, yet I downloaded drivers from the Ubuntu software site. Computer has a 1.60 Gig dual core CPU with 4 Gig of Ram. 110 Gig of hard drive space is still available for use.

Can anyone help me, please?

dmesg | grep -i blue; lsusb;lsb_release -a
