Install Ubuntu Touch on Aquaris M10FHD Android edition

Hi
I have an Aquaris M10 FHD. I bougth the device with android lollipop installed.
It came to my atention that this same device was recently released by BQ branded M10 FHD Ubuntu Edition.

I have been trying to get some information about installing the Ubuntu Touch firmware on my device and came to the conclusion that BQ has only been helping the buyers of the Ubuntu Edition to install Android on their Devices and not the other way around.

It is a shame that the canonical partner sells their devices with Ubuntu, and opens the door to the buyer to choose android instead after testing Ubuntu and not the other way around.

Is this a contractual imposition?
