my Philipsmp3 froze, and im having trouble trying to access device manager on this system.according to the troubleshooting instructions of my manual for my player, in order for it to recover,I have to: launch Philips Device Manager at start>Programs>Philips Digital Audio Player>SA21XX>Philips SA21XX Device Manager on my PC, but to no avail. please help, thank you
