system partition is too small on ubuntu touch with bq m10 tablet

Hello, I need to have a bigger system partition on my bq aquaris m10 full hd tablet. The current one (less than 3gb) does not allow me to install a lot of my own packages with the apt-get command. The userdata partition however is far too big. Can I resize those two partitions to have a smaller userdata partition and a bigger system partition ?

Uninstall unnecessary applications and run:

sudo apt-get clean

You may also want to uninstall unused kernels.
