I have an Aquaris M10 Ubuntu Edition tablet. When I try to install any application from the Ubuntu Store the download does not start.
What should I do to install something new?

i restarted the wifi and now it works.

My Aquaris M10 will not load when I try to connect to Ubuntu Store. The wifi is fine. The progress bar whizzes back and forth along the bottom of the screen, stops, but no icons are loaded. If I search for an app (e.g. Calibre or Terminal), the progress bar starts again, but with the same result - no loading of icons. It's impossible to install new software. [August 2018]. Is the store still available? I communicated with BQ and they stated that it was a Canonical issue.
