will wine run autocad 2002

i am trying to run autucad 2002 on ubuntu and was hoping wine would do it but as a newcomer to linux i need help. thank a lot for any replys

I am afraid the answer is no. Autocad 2002 will not run on Linux.

However there is a free CAD application available for Linux. It is called "qcad" and you can find it using System->Administration->Synaptic Package Manager. It might suit your needs.

  thanks for your help i will have to find a 2d/3d version for linux
