upgrade from 15.04 to 15.10 erro message

Hello, I followed almost all instruction on previously solved question on upgrading from ubuntu15.04 to Ubuntu 15.10 with no Luck

Please kindly assist in upgrading to 15.10 ubuntu

What happens when you try? What messages do you see onscreen?

You may want to cut your losses and wipe the current OS off and do a clean install of Xenial. Xenial is LTS and supported til April 2021. You can restore your user data from your backups.
