LiveCD problem

Asked by Austin

Hi, I've recently got a Ubuntu 7.10 LiveCD from Canonical and I stuck in my CD drive, rebooted, and it didn't show any Ubuntu menu or anything, it went straight to the Windows loading screen. I tried it on different computers and it worked fine. I dont know what's wrong?

If it helps, here's my computer's info,

emachines T2542
Intel Celeron R 2.50 Ghz
1 Gigabyte Memory

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report and subsequently we are closing the report and converting your comments to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems like this in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs.
