Lookup failed for host 'www.dict.org': Unknown error

This error comes when I enter any word for looking in dictionary:
Lookup failed for host 'www.dict.org': Unknown error

I am using UBUNTU 7.04 and it is fresh installation, i should mention that, i am using proxy settings for internet, I have not find any place in dictionary preference to enter IP and Port.

What should I do about that?

This indicates that your machine was unable to find the address for the website www.dict.org. This could be an issue with your DNS settings. Can you open www.dict.org in a web browser?
