i need drivers for dv 9700 amd / nvidia chipset

1.coprocessor driver
2. ethernet controler driver
3.sm bus controler driver

any answer is highly appreciated

This is the wrong place to ask Windows questions. Go to http://www.ubuntu.com/ , download Ubuntu, install it and love it. Then you will not need drivers for Windows any more. ;)
