how do you add users in kubuntu?

I installed kubuntu 7.10 and cannot figure out how to add users. Any help out there?

I did find the instructions to add users. I found out that the problem was that it world not let me into administrator mode without a error code saying another program was using it. I did end up getting the job done but don't even know how I did it. Some how I got in through the back door or so it seemed. It would not let me add and remove programs ether but, I did get in. Sorry, thats all I got for you. I am a new user and learning. Thank you for your time.

This is way after the fact, but odds are that Ken was trying to both install programs and create new users at the same time, given the contents of his message. Kubuntu requires that the program has a lock on superuser privileges. If anybody else happens to stumble upon this, make sure that you're only trying to have one program (konsole or adept) going at a time
