Changelog of new debs not available

When updating software I'm interested in the changes that happened.
So I just use aptitude changelog somepackage to see the changelog but most of the time its not yet uploaded to server.

It would be nice to have the changelog available before the deb is actually released.

Converting to question, since that's not an actual bug. The changes for all uploaded packages are available through RSS at:

http://media.ubuntu-nl.org/rss/hardy.xml

(Replace "hardy" with the required release name)

Maybe the package apt-listbugs helps you a little in this regard.
